Hi May! I'd love to get your advice on people management. I've jumped from managers to ICs to managers, with non-consecutive experiences of managing teams/directs. I've often encounter this seems-to-be-enormous challenges during job searching re: ‘how many directs report have you managed, for how long'? It seems like leading large scale cross-functional teams that generated extensive impact simply does not check the box.
