Please share your experience on the diversity. Are modern companies REALLY praise diversity? It is not about LGBTQ or black people, they have no problems and are welcomed everywhere nowadays. I mean, let's get real and talk about really delicate aspects, propaganda aspects. For example, if you are from Afghanistan, or from Russia, or a trumpist, or a muslim – from your experience, will that be a promotion or hiring killer?
