Specific coaching experience includes leadership and strategy, advancing to C-suite role, establishing and leading a new initiative, shifting from start-up mindset to CEO mindset, and creating a performance culture.

Workshops

May designs, delivers and facilitates highly interactive workshops that engage and inspire. She works closely with clients to ensure that the session (or series of sessions) resonates and creates the desired results. Her focus is on outcomes: how people will think, feel and want to act as a result of the experience. Recent topics include leadership development, team dynamics, career success, and creating a performance culture. In addition, May is an experienced facilitator of “conversations with a purpose”.

In the UK, May has teamed up with Catherine Claydon (former Goldman Sachs Managing Director) to form M|C Advisors, which works with professional services firms to develop their leaders, improve their effectiveness with clients, and attract, retain and develop the careers of their professional female workforce. Together, May and Catherine bring their personal experiences and insights to help clients to be excellent leaders and managers of women and men alike.
